Clutch Cable

This is our emergency clutch cable. It is a carry in the bag adjustable cable with lengths for all bikes. It is made with twisted strands to race specifications and contains 25% titanium strands. The lever barrel is adjustable with simply a screw driver. Replacement takes less than five minutes. This cable inserts into any sleeve be it rubber or stainless steel. This product is a must have for serious riders that may find themselves many miles away from help when there OEM cable breaks. This product only costs $35 plus $2 S&H. That is a small price for peace of mind.

Gonzo’s Headlight Harness

The Gonzo Headlight Harness is equipped with a high and low relays to take the full charging voltage and pass it right to the headlight without any switches in the circuit. The relay is triggered off of the stock starter switch and hi/lo switch which normally support the full operational load of 8-10 amps. This harness only draws 150mA of current across those switches. This is a BIG step up from the light bar harness because let's face it, some guys have burned up their starter switches WITHOUT additional lights installed!

The Gonzo Stebil Air Horn Harness

The Gonzo Stebil Air Horn Harness uses the same parts as the light bar harness above, but has one lead for the horn equipped with the proper connectors to plug it right up. The trigger wire is tapped onto the existing horn wire. The horn wires are chrome braided sleeve where exposed or can come with black loom for a stealth look. This harness has a relay and 14 gauge wire to ensure a LOUD BLAST when you hit that horn button. The fuse is equipped at 15 Amps.

The New Gonzo Hydra Harness

The Gonzo Hydra Harness is equipped with a three relays, a high and low relay to operate the headlight, and a third relay to give ignition operation to the light bar so it will be on with both the hi and low beam. This harness takes the full charging voltage and passes it right to the headlight without any switches in the circuit. The relays are triggered off of the stock starter switch and hi/lo switch which normally support the full operational load of 9-10 amps.
